NYAMNYAMNYAMMM !!
Hello pipoll! May be you wonder why the title is "NYAMNYAMNYAMM" , it's because now i'm gonna talk about FOODD YEAAHH!! HAHA . Not food in general, but I'm just gonna talk about food that I like. I don't know why but I just love food, how It's made and the proccess doing it.
I usually use my free time by cooking. I usually make cakes or dessert because I can enjoy it more than a day hehe. Actually I prefer to cook meal because it's more simple, it just take minimum 10 minutes to produce 1 food. But with cake, it will take minimum 30 to produce 1, but again cooking dessert is more fun! because I think it's like magic. From many ingredients you can make 1 delicious cake. Also, if I cook a meal, I just cook it for my self or for my family, but with cake or dessert, I can share it with my friends and I like it when I can share something to my friends.
I prefer to cook the cake byself rather than I have to buy the cake because as I already said before, it's so much fun!. And also when you cook it by yourself, the flavour is more delicious compare with the one you bought.
Now, I'm gonna share to you 2 recipes that I usually use to make the cake
1. brownies
ingredients:
- 200 grams of butter
- 200 grams of dark cooking chocolate
- 150 grams of fine sugar
- 120 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of almonds, toasted, chopped
- 100 grams of almonds, sliced thin
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
steps :
1. Melt the butter, then enter the dark cooking chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts.
2. Enter the confectioners' sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Then add the eggs, beat until blended. Enter the flour little by little and stir well.
3. After that, add the chopped almonds and stir well.
4. Pour the batter into the pan measuring 20x20x4 cm that has spread with margarine and lined with baking paper first. Then sprinkle top of dough with sliced almonds.
5. Baked in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes or until done. Remove and let cool.
2. Apple pie
150 grams of butter / margarine
75 grams of powdered sugar
3 egg yolk
260 grams of low protein powder low
filling ingredients :
2 tablespoons margarine butter
1/4 tablespoon ground cinnamon
250 grams of poor apples (peel, wash or diced)
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp maizenna (dissolved in a little water)
steps:
1. mix all ingredients with a fork / knife / or tools for pie dough stirring, until well blended and coarse grains.
2. Grease a mold for skin pie with margarine.
3. Print the dough, press, trim, prick with a fork or a toothpick, so that there are no bubbles when the oven.
Pie stuffing Apples:
1. Heat the butter, put the powder of cinnamon powder and stir quickly
2. Enter the apples, salt, sugar, stir, enter maizenna.
3. Cook it. chill it.
1. Fill into pie shell printed,
2. Preheat oven to a temperature generally less than 180 degrees.
3. Bake pie until cooked pie shell and turns a brownish color.
4. Simple apple pie ready to be served.
Soo that's the 2 recipes that I usually use to make the food. I like homemade cake because it's more delicious and more healthy. Healthy for my body and also for my wallet . ehhehe.. soo that's all. See you soon readers!
